How a Lordsms number is bought, paid for, and read.
Will a code always arrive?
No. Lordsms requests a number and shows the SMS the provider returns. Delivery is not guaranteed.
How do I buy a number?
Sign in, pick a service, then press the price next to a country. That USD amount is charged to your wallet. If several prices are listed, each button is a separate stock tier.
Where does the code appear?
Open My purchases or the order page. Lordsms checks the provider while the order is open and shows the number and code when they arrive.
When can I cancel?
Only while the order is still active, before a code arrives, and only when the provider accepts the cancellation. A confirmed cancellation returns the USD charge to the wallet.
What currency do I pay?
Number prices and the wallet are in USD. Adding funds collects the XAF equivalent. The wallet is credited only after the payment is confirmed.
What if the price changes?
Checkout compares the button price with the current catalogue. If they differ, the purchase stops and the new price is shown.
