Refund policy

A wallet debit is credited back when the provider rejects the number request before an activation exists, or when the provider confirms cancellation before any SMS code is received.

If the provider issues a number and the connection drops before Lordsms stores it, the charge stays on hold until the activation can be matched. An administrator can release that hold only when no activation is found. A delivered code is not refundable.

Deposits are wallet credits after the payment is confirmed for the same amount and reference. A browser redirect is not a refund or payment confirmation. Successful deposits are not automatically returned to mobile money.
